We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analytics Engineer to join our International Sales & Revenue Data Team on ourjourney to always deliver amazing experiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into well-structured, reliable, and accessible data models that enable analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to make informed decisions. You will work closely with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines and collaborate with analysts to ensure data is actionable and insightful.

Your contributions will empower vendors with advanced tools to manage their operations, boosting their visibility and reach. Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Modeling and Development:
Design, build, and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable data models in SQL and dbt.
Ensure data is structured to support self-service analytics and business intelligence.
Optimize query performance and data processing efficiency.
2. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with data engineers to define data requirements and enhance ETL pipelines.
Partner with product analysts, data scientists, and business teams to ensure data meets analytical and reporting needs.
Translate business logic into reusable, standardized data models.
3. Data Quality & Governance:
Implement and enforce data quality best practices to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot data issues proactively.
Advocate for best practices in documentation, testing, and version control.
4. Tooling & Automation:
Develop and maintain data transformation workflows using dbt, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms.
Automate data validation and reporting processes.
Contribute to improving internal data tooling and workflows
Qualifications
5. 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related field.
6. Strong proficiency in Python, SQL and experience with dbt for data modeling.
7. Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses (, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
8. Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices for data workflows.
9. Understanding of data engineering principles, including ETL/ELT processes.
10. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, analysts, product and business teams.
11. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
12. Knowledge of orchestration tools like Airflow.
13. Familiarity with data visualization tools (, Looker, Tableau) and their integration with analytics models.
