What you will do.
1. Assessment of technical staff and identification of development potential
2. Conduct training for internal staff and for our customers on site or at the Brooks Training Center
3. Creating a quarterly and annual training program
4. Managing training participants via our LMS
5. Contributing to the creation of e-learning content
6. Creation of technical training materials
7. Collaborate with other departments, especially Service, Support and Engineering, to continuously improve our training content
8. Active participation in the continuous improvement of machines, processes and acceptance criteria
9. Weekly status reports to the Global Training Director
What you will bring.
10. You have a degree in engineering, engineering sciences or equivalent professional experience
11. You have proven experience in practical technical training in
relation to mechanical and electrical equipment and software or practically as a customer support engineer or in the production area
12. Willingness to travel approx. 30% of the time
13. You have excellent communication and presentation skills
14. You have experience in working with cross-functional teams
15. You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
16. You have a high level of quality awareness and a meticulous way of working
17. You enjoy new challenges, are flexible and stand out with your team spirit
