The position If you are excited about growing with Hive and love operations, this might be the right position for you As Process Engineer at Hive, you will be working on scaling Hive’s fulfillment operations by building new and challenging existing processes. As part of this role, you are in the driver seat to: Provide feasibility assessments and business cases by analyzing current internal processes, identifying bottlenecks and solutions to improve the overall efficiency, quality and cost of our fulfillment business line. You will apply lean management philosophy to all your projects, challenging existing status quo on the agile workflow of processes Drive user-centric strategies to improve the adoption and sustainability of newly rolled out processes with our operations teams. Work closely with our tech-team to conceive and implement software features to the inhouse Warehouse Management Software. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders from support, fulfillment center, growth to senior leadership in assessments to make smart decisions and meet KPIs and SLAs, working on projects related to improving outbound efficiency, reducing mistake rates and further. You enjoy working with processes and structuring workflows. Efficiency improvements are what drives you. You are a solution-oriented thinker that easily engages team members across multiple workstreams. You convince your stakeholders with a structured approach to solving complex situations. You are hands-on and not shy to step on the floor to implement your ideas. You have excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
