In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1. Developing and growing an existing customer base for pressure regulators, safety valves, and tank management products;
2. Independent communication with our customers and suppliers;
3. Requesting and maintaining item data and leading master data;
4. Ensuring smooth order processing through to invoicing, as well as creating and calculating quotes;
5. Supporting the Inside Sales Manager in strategic decisions;
6. Working closely with product specialists and global manufacturing sites to meet customer requirements and monitor delivery schedules;
7. Acquiring new customers and following up on leads by applying modern sales and communication tools.
Who You Are:
8. You build and maintain effective customer relationships, learn quickly in new situations, and communicate clearly and accurately.
9. You are passionate about serving customers, hard-working, and capable of working independently.
10. You have strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
This position is also suitable for entry-level candidates (m/f/d) with a relevant technical background.
For This Role, You Will Need:
11. A degree or equivalent experience in an engineering field (, mechanical or electrical engineering) or training as a technician or master craftsperson, along with initial experience in a similar role (customer service, order processing, sales);
12. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build proven customer relationships;
13. Fluency in both German and English;
14. Willingness to further develop your technical knowledge about Emerson’s products.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
15. Experience with ERP systems (CRM or Oracle Betsy is particularly beneficial);
16. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate data in technical databases.
