As a Senior Software Engineer (f/m/x) in our Saving & Investing team, you’ll work on innovative features that create real value for our customers – whether it’s our savings account, brokerage offering, or crowd investing product. Your responsibilities will include: You design, develop and continuously improve new features in our backend services. You run and maintain our existing services, making sure everything runs smoothly. You collaborate in a cross-functional team and contribute to our Communities of Practice – e.g. Architecture CoP, DevOps CoP or Security CoP. What we're looking for You have extensive experience as a Software Engineer (f/m/x). You’re highly skilled in Java or Kotlin. You have solid experience designing and developing RESTful APIs. You’re familiar with Spring, and you have basic knowledge of PostgreSQL and reactive programming – nice to have, not a must. You care about clean, high-quality code and use proven methods to ensure it. High test coverage is second nature to you. You enjoy working in a cross-functional team and value open, constructive collaboration. You’re excited to take an active role in our Communities of Practice and contribute to cross-team initiatives. You are fluent in English, written as well as spoken. You support the idea to create a better future for everyone by using money as a force for good.
