THE ROLE
Are you interested in HR and development topics? Then youve come to the right place! We offer you the opportunity to become part of our HR team as a prospective personnel services clerk (m/f/x). Your tasks during the three-year apprenticeship will be as follows:
* Support in the search for the best talent
* Taking part in interviews and selecting applicants
* Supporting our employees in all phases of the employee life cycle
* Collaboration on exciting projects, e.g. event planning, employee surveys and sustainability
* Participation, management and control of all HR management processes
* Creation and administration of HR documents (contracts, certificates, etc.)
YOUR PROFILE
Ideally, you have a good school-leaving certificate, at least an intermediate school-leaving certificate, and have a genuine interest in HR and organisation. Communication is in your blood: you are not afraid to approach people and can express yourself well both verbally and in writing.
You find it easy to work in a structured manner and maintain an overview, even when several tasks are pending at the same time. You are reliable, show initiative and enjoy working in a team, because we value teamwork as much as individual performance.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, such as Word, Excel and Outlook, is an advantage, but not a prerequisite - it is more important to us that you are keen to learn new things and familiarise yourself with our systems. If you also have an open-minded and friendly personality, youve come to the right place!
