At Sympatient, our goal is to bring more patients into quality care and provide them with the best possible therapy. To achieve this, we are building the world’s first Digital Mental Health Clinic, combining digital care with traditional therapy to offer the best of both worlds. So far, we have launched two innovative products: Invirto® Therapy ( https://invirto.de/ ): The world’s first digital anxiety therapy, bringing the gold standard of treatment directly to patients' homes, fully reimbursed by all statutory health insurance providers in Germany. Beavivo Platform ( https://beavivo.de/ ): A nationwide network of therapists in Germany, allowing therapy to begin within a week for a variety of mental health issues and concerns. We are looking for a Frontend Developer (m/f/d) who will play a key role in setting up a cutting-edge platform that streamlines the workflow for psychotherapists and enhances the quality of care provided to patients. What you can look forward to: Develop, maintain and enhance an Angular-based web application that supports therapists in managing their documentation, scheduling and treatment planning. Implement user-friendly interfaces that allow patients to book appointments, fill out questionnaires and communicate with therapists securely. Collaborate with cross-functional teams ranging from UX and Psychotherapy to Finance and Business Intelligence to deliver data-driven solutons. Optimize application performance and security, ensuring that the platform adheres to industry best practices for data protection and usability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the application, providing continuous improvements and updates based on user feedback and changing requirements. What we can expect from you: You have a degree in computer science, engineering or in another relevant field. At least 5 years of practical experience in Angular in a professional and complex environment. You are always trying to optimize and improve existing solutions. A technical mindset with great attention to detail and a hands-on mentality. Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in German is a plus.
