Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and enhance management systems and operation/maintenance standards for electrical systems and equipment.
2. Prepare and review technical solutions for electrical system innovations, equipment upgrades, and transformation projects.
3. Lead the introduction and implementation of new energy technologies, equipment, and materials.
4. Oversee the operation, maintenance, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) management of electrical systems and equipment under direct supervision.
5. Manage, train, and assess the performance of the team responsible for directly affiliated systems.
6. Provide technical support and guidance for the operation and maintenance of basic electrical systems.
7. Supervise and inspect the operation and maintenance quality of electrical systems within the scope of responsibility.
8. Assist in reviewing technical solutions for electrical systems in new construction projects and ensure installation and commissioning quality.
9. Support energy-saving initiatives for factory facilities and participate in system certifications.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, HVAC, water supply, drainage, or related fields.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows Office and CAD software.
4. At least 3 years of project management experience, with knowledge of national project management laws and policies. Familiarity with construction drawing reviews, industrial construction standards, quality control, and cost management.
5. Extensive experience in the design of industrial plants.
6. Expertise in equipment installation, with strong professionalism, work ethics, and responsibility.
7. Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to lead on-site construction management.
8. Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
