The position
Mobileye is looking for an Automotive Hardware Design and Release Engineer to join our Robust Design team in Koblenz (Germany, Rheinland-Pfalz) for the design of the next generation of our automated driving control unit.Involved in all phases of the design process from RFQ to release to production, you will join a team of experienced automotive engineers responsible for the definition, design and verification of Mobileye's SuperVision, Chauffeur and Drive products.
What will your job look like?
1. Define product performance specification from customer and internal requirements
2. • Translate system-level requirements into detailed hardware requirements
3. Participate in the detailed hardware design and design review to ensure compliance with the specification
4. Establish requirement traceability and coverage through the product lifecycle
5. Define and enforce hardware configuration requirements
6. Manage impact analysis and change request process
7. Support the creation of verification and validation test plans
All you need is:
8. Master’s degree in Engineering from a known institute
9. 5 years experience in similar role in the automotive industry
10. familiarity with hardware test methodologies
11. Personal: organized and independent, initiative, excellent communication skills, team player
12. Fluent in English
13. Fluent in German is an advantage
14. Experience with the typical technologies of Driver assistance systems is an advantage
