How you will create an impact:
11. You will be responsible for facilitating code reviews and actively participating in pair programming sessions on a daily basis.
12. Taking charge of designing the system architecture along with its components will fall under your responsibility.
13. Evaluating the technical feasibility will be essential.
14. Your responsibility entails providing both high-level and low-level estimations.
15. You will need to maintain a clear vision of the team's technical stack and assist the team in adopting new technologies when necessary.
16. Your role will involve conducting R&D and POCs to make sure the team is using the latest effective technologies.
17. You will be responsible for ensuring engagement, delivering quality work, and promoting optimal performance for every team member.
18. Your responsibility will also include Measure progress and velocity and manage risks and issues.
19. Team development, coaching and mentoring while holding teams accountable for their commitments, and removing roadblocks to their work will round up your profile.
About you:
20. You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
21. Your professional journey boasts minimum 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
22. You excel in overseeing multiple project teams simultaneously.
23. You possess strong interpersonal, communication and team building skills together with time-management, planning, and organizational skills.
24. Your skill set includes deep understanding and good experience with software architecture and design principles.
25. Deep understanding of clean code and best practices, as well as Cloud Native architectures and technologies round up your profile.
26. Updated with the latest industry trends.
27. Your skillset includes the ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a team environment.
28. You are fluent in English (proficiency in additional languages, especially German, is a major advantage).
