Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of experience in computer science, data structures, algorithms and software design.
Preferred qualifications:
* Master's degree or PhD.
* 5 years of experience with security engineering, computer and network security and security protocols.
* 5 years of experience with security assessments or security design reviews or threat modeling.

Responsibilities
* Develop the processes and infrastructure to execute Machine Learning Red Team exercises.
* Plan, lead, and execute realistic Machine Learning Red Team exercises where you step into the role of an attacker targeting Machine Learning deployments in our products.
* Design and build tools and infrastructure to support our exercises.
* Design controls and improvements to sharpen our capabilities to defend against attackers in close cooperation with the teams responsible for implementing them.
* Document and present results to a variety of audiences, ranging from highly technical engineers to non-technical subject matter experts and executive leadership.
