You Will Make an Impact By: Supporting manufacturing teams in resolving quality issues, both from suppliers and internally. Collaborating with suppliers, the Supply Chain, and stakeholders to address key quality challenges. Supporting the service department in monitoring field claims and resolving critical field issues. Utilizing reporting systems to identify major problems through a Pareto approach. Conducting root cause analyses and recommending continuous improvements using Problem Solving (PS) tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys. Performing internal quality audits as well as supplier audits with timely follow-up on results. Supporting Quality Management System (QMS), Q-documentation, Q-reports, and quality records. Supporting projects that involve transferring products from other locations to Romania. Skills You Bring: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electronics, physics, or an engineering discipline. Several years of relevant experience in a quality-focused role within an industrial or manufacturing environment. A strong commitment to quality combined with exceptional stakeholder management skills. A structured, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to work internationally (occasional travel required). The ability to thrive in cross-functional teams, fostering team spirit and guiding collaborative efforts towards identifying improvement steps. Fluency in German and English is essential for this role. Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Ability to sit, stand, or type for extended periods. Requires good manual dexterity and coordination for tasks at various heights. Operates in a professional office, laboratory, and manufacturing environment. Commitment to safety when handling mechanical and electrical hardware, including high voltage and heat.
