As a key member of our team, you will drive the technical implementation of our cutting-edge SaaS solution, working closely with BMW to model their energy strategies and calculate impactful business cases. Collaborating with our Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, you’ll help clients unlock the full potential of RIZM’s platform while shaping future product developments.

Tasks
* You are responsible for the technical implementation of our software solution, mainly for our Key Account BMW. You use your extensive technical knowledge to understand BMW’s energy system & model their energy strategy closely with BMW.
You work closely with our Sales department in Germany & the US to showcase RIZM’s value by calculating business cases on customers data.
* You advise our customers on how to best utilize the full potential of our SaaS solution together with our Customer Success & Sales Team.
By doing the above you will gain valuable insights about our product and the business cases. You will work closely with the Product team to translate those into future product improvements/developments.
Requirements
* You have completed your studies in Energy Systems/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a comparable course of studies.
* You ideally have experience in energy systems modelling or worked with Energy Systems Modelling Software or Energy Management Software.
* You are a strong communicator with very good German (C2 level) and English skills, both written and spoken.
* You are an excellent presenter and can break down complex topics with simple story telling
* You are impact driven, have a strong interest in sustainability, and enjoy dealing with customers.
* You are a team player and ready to work in a flexible working environment. You are highly motivated and driven by our mission

This is what the individual steps look like:
1. Initial chat: to get to know each other, understand the current situation, and your expectations with the Head of Customer Success & Solution Engineering (30 min)
2. Take home challenge followed by live technical interview: to test your abilities and learn more about your technical skills (2-4 h Preparation + 60 min interview).
3. Founder meeting: to find out if we click together, whether it’s during lunch or a remote call with all three founders - Elias, Joshua, and Philipp (approx. 30 min)
