Your main tasks: Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using MicrosoftSQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Contribute toongoing efforts to modernize our data stack, including evaluatingand introducing modern tools (e.g. Python based ETL, dbt,orchestration frameworks, cloud DWH solutions) Monitor andtroubleshoot daily enterprise data workflows to ensure timely andaccurate data delivery Optimize and evolve our existing datawarehouse infrastructure to support analytical and operational usecases Conduct stakeholder interviews, understand datarequirements and turn them into actionable reports and dashboardsin Tableau Develop and manage data source connections, refreshschedules, and job monitoring for Tableau dashboards Implementand support data quality checks, performance tuning, and structureddocumentation Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a dataengineering or similar role, ideally in an analytics orbusiness focused environment Proficient in SQL and hands onexperience with Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS Solid understandingof data modeling, ETL design principles, and data warehousearchitecture Experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools),including dashboard data preparation and source management Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShellfor automation and pipeline support Interest in or exposure tomodern data tools (e.g. dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, BigQuery, orsimilar) Ability to work independently and take ownership ofprojects while collaborating with technical and non technical teams Strong communication and interperso
