1. You analyze and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and differentiated steering within the global business unit of Resins & Additives, focusing on end-to-end supply chain processes across two strategic business units.
In your role, you lead ongoing analysis of supply chain metrics for order-to-cash (OTC) and transport management, identifying cost drivers, profitability opportunities, service differentiation, and cost-saving measures, you develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service performance to provide actionable insights into the order-to-cash (OTC) process, leveraging data analytics to pinpoint areas for improvement, driving operational excellence and ensure effective communication of results throughout the organization.You track savings from supply chain projects and initiatives, effectively communicating achievements, risks, challenges to all stakeholders, and support coordination and preparation for service provider collaboration.Furthermore, you coordinate knowledge-sharing initiatives and training programs to ensure ongoing support for OTC processes, assist in and drive implementing automation measures to increase digitalization including artificial intelligence, maintain strong data integrity and compliance documentation to facilitate audits.
2. bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business administration, economics, supply chain management, or a related field; li>and/or minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, supply chain management, operations, or project management, preferably within the chemicals industry
3. trained in APICS, Lean Six Sigma preferred and advanced expertise in at least one of the following technologies e.g., SAP R/3, SAP S4 HANA, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Data Analytics, Robotic Process Automation, Process Mining, Big-data, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
4. very good command of German and English
