Your contribution: You are a consultant, problem solver and innovator (f/m/d) with a curious mindset in one person and help to further develop our product THERAFOX (medical device) You will identify decision-making challenges and convert them into data science problems that yield valuable insights for informed decision-making. You help to ensure that our software products offer fast and reliable decision support. This optimizes healthcare processes and minimizes risks. You are responsible for everything from data preparation (ETLs) to model development, visualization (EDA) and implementation in our production environment. You support the backend and frontend development teams and help to establish a highly efficient data-driven product development. Additionally, you communicate with medical experts to clarify requirements and develop a data-driven solution. What you bring along: Completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field with a focus on statistics, stochastics, or a comparable analytical education You must have solid professional experience as a Data Scientist, with strong skills in Python and big data tools like PySpark. Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems efficiently and provide solutions that are scalable and maintainable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile (Scrum/ Kanban) team environment. You should be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, QA, and other stakeholders.
