What You’ll Do
Develop and execute quality assurance strategies for hardware products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Perform root cause analysis on hardware failures, collaborating with engineering teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence. Establish and maintain test plans and quality control processes to validate hardware performance, reliability, and compliance across different operational conditions. Define and optimize testing methodologies for various solutions, including mitigation systems, integrated sensor platforms, power distribution, and supporting infrastructure such as trailers and mobile units. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and field support teams to proactively identify and mitigate quality risks. Analyze statistical test data to detect trends, identify weaknesses, and develop improvement measures. Support production quality control, including incoming inspections, supplier quality reviews, and factory acceptance testing. Ensure documentation and reporting of quality findings, creating structured, actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
