The Position We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiting Manager to manage our talent acquisition efforts. This individual will play a critical role in attracting top-tier biomedical research talent, with a strong focus on utilizing online recruiting platforms, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter. As the Recruiting Manager, you will develop and execute strategies to fill our research positions, ensuring we hire exceptional international researchers who align with our mission and values. With guidance from our Head of HR & Operations, you will Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for biomedical research positions. Develop and implement recruiting strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, our online crowdsourcing platform, job portals, and other digital channels to identify and engage top talent. Manage and grow our talent community building on our strong global network of PhD student and postdoc associations, as well as university career centers. Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve the efficiency of the recruitment process and ensure optimal candidate experiences. Stay up to date with recruitment trends and best practices, particularly in the life sciences sector, and continually improve our recruitment processes. Your profile You have a professional track record in recruiting, preferably in the life sciences. You are a digital native and have significant experience with online tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. You are self-motivated, creative, and have the ambition to grow with our organization. You have excellent communication and writing skills in English.
