The Digitization Office is responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of innovative digitization projects in order to modernize court operations and make them more efficient. In this way, they actively contribute to the modernization and digital transformation of the Bavarian labour courts. About us: In Bavaria, there are a total of 11 labor courts with 11 external chambers and two regional labor courts. We are responsible for disputes relating to working life and have handled more than 45,000 cases per year in recent years. Since the nationwide introduction of e-files at the end of 2024, new cases have been processed exclusively electronically. This raises a wide range of questions, particularly in connection with the further development of the e-file and the supporting systems. The Nuremberg Regional Labor Court, together with the Munich Regional Labor Court, manages the entire IT infrastructure for around 500 employees at 22 locations throughout Bavaria. Your tasks as a clerk (m/f/d) in the digitization office: Supporting the head of the Digitization Office in the above-mentioned tasks, this includes in particular assuming responsibility and independently completing sub-projects Supporting the court management in all matters relating to digitization Training and support for employees on digital issues Collaboration with external partners and specialist departments to achieve digitalization goals You bring with you: You have completed your studies (Diploma [FH] / Bachelor) in computer science, business informatics or administrative informatics or a comparable qualification and have a broad range of IT knowledge (or the willingness to acquire missing knowledge), ideally also in the areas of project management and digitization. It would be an advantage if you had experience in managing functional or work areas and advanced knowledge in the areas of digitalization, IT management and project management.
