Your Role As a Design Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in designing and optimizing tools, systems, and infrastructure to enhance our production capabilities. Key Responsibilities : Develop and design tools, fixtures, and molds for production machinery. Create systems for robotic and machine operations. Prepare and optimize technical drawings for production processes. Plan and build production infrastructure and facilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and refine designs. What You Bring Experience & Education At least 1 year of design engineering experience (relevant internships also considered). Degree in engineering or state-certified technician qualification. Technical Skills Required : Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and design. Experience in creating fixtures and production infrastructure. Expertise in preparing and interpreting technical drawings. Basic understanding of metallic materials and CNC processes. Preferred : Knowledge of CNC machining techniques. Experience designing production plants or molds. Soft Skills Strong interest in facility and equipment design. Enthusiasm for computer-aided design and innovation. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Your Team Reporting To : Head of Plants & Infrastructure. Collaborates With : CNC Machining, Research & Testing, and Design Teams. Compensation and Benefits Salary : €50,000 – €75,000 annually. Vacation : 30 days per year. Contract : Permanent, with a 6-month probation period. Working Hours : Standard 40 hours per week, with an option to reduce to 32 hours (pay adjusted accordingly).
