We are looking for someone for our engineering department as soon as possible Mechanical engineer (f/m/d)Mechanical/hydraulic system planning & processingYour areas of responsibility:• Creation of project and tender documents for pump systems and its auxiliary units as a “turnkey process solution”.• Responsibility for the construction and design of automated pump systems in the areas of layout planning, pipeline planning (with insulation and trace heating), valve selection, pressure design, instrumentation, explosion protection, structural planning, hydraulic auxiliary systems, etc. in interaction with qualified subcontractors.• Calculations for the dimensioning and design of the system components (including according to ASME and AD2000)• Close collaboration with the project team (including the project manager, the electrical engineer and the project buyer)• Analysis and evaluation of customer specifications to support offers and project execution• Examination of mechanical/hydraulic supply documents. Components in relation to the previously defined service description• Planning and support of system function tests and technical support of the commissioning team (partial)The requirements:• Completed studies as a mechanical engineer or comparable• Several years of professional experience in the areas of responsibility described above• Assumption of responsibility for work packages in the engineering of the products described• Willingness to have customer contact• Basic knowledge of process engineering systems desirable• English spoken and written• Good computer skills, user software (Autocad Inventor, Office package, Visio or similar)• Flexible, goal- and cost-oriented working methods in project teams• Willingness to travel occasionally as part of project meetings, sales and commissioning support, worldwide• Ability to work in a team across departments
