We are looking for a reinforcement to support our 3rd Level /Incident Team in customer service in the area of Solutions Management EU! In this role, you will be responsible for handling complex customer enquiries and incidents that arise through our IT or our partner banks. Your Responsibilities
* Main point of contact for incidents: Incident coordination and communication, including regular status updates for all relevant departments.
* Incident detection, prioritization & escalation: Identification, processing and escalation of critical incidents in Germany and the EU for quick problem solving.
* Coordination of incident processing: Ensuring efficient collaboration between all teams involved for quick and sustainable resolution of incidents.
* Processing complex 3rd level incidents: Analysis and resolution of technical incidents in close coordination with internal teams.
* Creation of mass communications: Transparent and timely information of German and European end customers in the event of relevant incidents.
* Process documentation & optimization: Documentation and continuous improvement of incident management processes to increase efficiency and quality.
Your Profile
* You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in handling complex incidents and coordinating resolutions.
* You enjoy working in a team, but also independently, and keep a clear focus on problem solving complex incidents.
* You have a good technical understanding and can quickly identify and solve problems.
* Your communication skills are excellent – you can inform both technical and non-technical stakeholders in an understandable and precise way.
* You are proactive, willing to learn and continuously strive for improvement.
* Ideally, you have experience with common ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Jira) and MS Office/G-Suite.
* You are fluent in German and English, and additional European languages are a plus.
