Develop and refine in-house design standards and tools. Advance carbon capture process simulation. Conduct research, manage projects, and ensure the cost-effectiveness of solutions. Your Profile Degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field (PhD is a plus). Professional experience in chemical plant design. Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach. Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured and goal-oriented work ethic. Confident and persuasive in technical discussions. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
