As Project Engineer Fill & Finish, you are responsible for adapting, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes as well as for technical projects and act as decision making authority for operational technical projects.
Your main responsibilities are:
* Responsible for adapting, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production according to the processes owned by the respective gMS&T department
* Responsible for interfaces between internal Stakeholders (e.g. TechDev/CMC) and Manufacturing Network Partner and manage day-to-day operations and workflows
* Contribute to implementation of process standards across product
* Responsible for investigations and problem solving for the processes owned by the respective gMS&T department
* Contribute to implementation and monitoring of KPIs and effective process risk management to ensure process performance, stability and effectiveness of improvement measures
What you have to offer:
* University degree in (Life) Science or Engineering
* 3 to 5 years´ of experience in the life science industry (ideally in a biotech or pharmaceutical company)
* Several years of practical experience and expertise in Fill & Finish process engineering
* Experience with technology transfer of Biotech products, methods for technology transfer comparability assessments, and process performance qualification
* Profound knowledge of EU / US GMP guidelines and regulatory standards
* Strategic and analytical thinking skills to identify risks and prepare balanced decisions
* Excellent process management skills, Lean and Six Sigma qualifications preferred
* Creativity and the ability to develop a flexible approach to changing conditions, distinct analytical and conceptual competencies
* High team spirit and excellent collaborating skills
* Good communication skills, fluency in German and English
