Thanks to your experience in network/IT-security support, you take the lead in troubleshooting and resolving issues via remote access as part of 1st-level support, while also driving knowledge sharing within your team. You pre-qualify incoming incidents and requests and forward them to the appropriate next-level support units – always with an eye for detail. You’re the first point of contact when tickets, alerts or calls come in – you record, prioritize, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Reporting is your thing – you take ownership of SLA tracking and ensure everything’s on point when it comes to incoming tickets. Your skills? More than interesting: Completed training or studies in computer science or a similar IT-related qualification Several years of hands-on experience in network or IT-security operations – ideally in medium to large enterprise environments Familiar with common IT ticketing systems and comfortable dealing with customer inquiries Good German skills (required), plus solid English (spoken and written) Passion for excellent customer communication, service orientation, and teamwork Personally, we particularly appreciate your clear communication style, structured and analytical mindset, infectious team spirit, and your willingness to support us in 24/7 shifts and on-call rotations.
