Software & DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)
Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to design and implement production test concepts with R&D and drive innovations in the DevOps infrastructure of the automated test platform. You will maintain the Linux test environment and manage global software deployments for development teams and factories.
Your role:
1. Development of production test concepts in close collaboration with R&D during the product design phase.
2. Realization of test concepts through test hardware and test software engineering from component level up to complete test system level.
3. Validation, Verification and documentation of test systems according to medical device manufacturing regulations.
4. Drive innovations to bring our DevOps infrastructure to the next level(e.g. revision control system(SVN), build pipeline, SW deployments, web server....)
5. Maintain and enhance the Linux test infrastructure including Phyton test scripts in close alignment with R&D
6. Lead the global availability of SW deployments for the development teams and factories.
7. Enhance and drive innovations to further improve our leading test development platform
You are the right fit if:
8. Minimum of a BS Degree in software engineering or technical informatics engineering
9. Minimum of 5+ years professional engineering experience in embedded software development, linux and DevOps infrastructure design and implementation, design and programming of software/hardware tests
10. Minimum of 3+ years experience in Linux operating system/kernel (concept of Linux, Kernel configuration, bash scripting)
11. Minimum of 3+ years experience in python/C/C++ programming
12. NI LabView/TestStand experience is a preferred
13. Knowledge in FDA QSR/cGMP and ISO13485 verification and validation is a preferred
