WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
* You will be responsible for handling service desk inquiries in the area of customs, export control and foreign trade.
* They also take care of trade fair shipping, including customs and logistics clearance.
* The performance of general logistical office activities (goods receipt bookings, price comparisons, etc.) will be part of your activities.
* You will provide support in the purchasing back office (ordering materials, processing team mailboxes, etc.).
* Your workplace is next to the reception area. Receiving guests and carriers is also part of your area of responsibility, together with other colleagues.
WHAT YOU OFFER
* completed commercial training or comparable qualification
* experience in the field of customs clearance and logistics
* knowledge of the preparation of customs documents and import customs clearance
* organizational talent and a solution-oriented way of working
* ability to work in a team and good communication skills in German and English
* confident handling of MS Office and common ERP systems, ideally SAP B1
