During your internship, you will be part of the development of a novel toolbox that will be used to develop, test and optimize new model-based safety concepts.For its development, you will combine different modeling approaches and data sources with the aim of evaluating the safety of a process in real time.You will have access to real process data for development and validation.You will discuss and present your results to the project team in order to jointly determine the next project steps.
1. enrolled in Master studies in natural sciences or engineering with an affinity for process engineering and programming
2. confident communication in German or English
3. creative ideas and joy for solving process engineering problems using innovative software solutions are very welcome
4. passion to use digital tools and to actively search optimization potential for own processes through improved data management and automation
5. Practical phase - actively apply theory in challenging and varied tasks/projects
