Come on board www.nvl.de WHAT WE OFFER YOU For our location in Hamburg we are looking for the next possible date: Electrical Engineer / Computer Scientist (m/f/d) IT Support - Field Service Your position in our crew Strong IT is at the heart of our successful shipbuilding projects That's why you install, configure, maintain and repair the hardware and software (e.g. servers, switches and routers) at our shipyards and offices on site. You will support customers and employees with technical questions and carry out diagnoses and optimizations of existing network landscapes. In this context, you will resolve IT problems and establish processes that enable us to reduce the risk of future disruptions. Of course, the detailed documentation of all work steps carried out is also part of your day-to-day practice - so your expertise comes into its own, even when you are not on site. Whether external customers or colleagues: Your work involves active communication and intensive coordination with different target groups.
