Weu2019re looking for a Junior Test Engineer Graduate (d/f/m) Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany (hybrid) Program start date: May 2025 Your Key Responsibilities As a Junior Test Engineer Graduate (d/f/m) in QE&A, you will work closely with customers in the different industries to define and refine their quality requirements. Youu2019ll work in a team of onsite and offshore associates to create and maintain manual and automated tests, often invoked u201clights outu201d. Youu2019ll help to identify the most critical business processes and create tests to expose any deviation from expected behavior. You will need to identify selected test scenarios that can be automated and for use in regression testing. The team you work in will investigate test failures and manage defects to track their correction. And youu2019ll regularly report on the completeness of test coverage and status of test results. Primary skills and experience required Minimum a bacheloru2019s degree in relevant field (e.g. Informatics, Engineering, etc.) Graduation completed in the last 2 years Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English - language level C1-C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) Able to work independently, identify/mitigate risk, estimate effort for testing. Familiar with many types of tests, such as functional, interface, middleware, system integration, user-acceptance, regression and non-functional Familiar with modern methodologies such as Agile and V-model Secondary skills and experience (Nice to have) Working Knowledge in test and defect management tools like JIRA or ALM Familiar with concepts of test automation.
