The company is currently looking for an Engineer for the branch in Stuttgart area.Depending on the experience, a start in a higher position as well as in a junior position for career starters is possible.Your tasksYou will join the engineering team and participate in product design and development activities. Your tasks will include: Collaborate with European OEMs, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to develop innovative, cost-effective solutions and technical recommendations as well as ensuring that quality standards are metCoordinate with customers to gather feedback, clarify specifications, and ensure satisfaction.Perform testing, evaluation, and feasibility studies of automotive components (for example Sunroofs, Pneumatic seats, Power back doors, Grill shutter, Auto doors and more) to ensure industry compliance.Utilize design software (CATIA-V5, Siemens NX) for product design and modification.Support the improvement of engineering processes and provide technical assistance throughout the product lifecycle.Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations in automotive engineering.Your profileCompleted University degree or vocational training, preferably in the engineering fieldFirst engineering experience necessary, preferably in the automotive fieldCustomer communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, suppliers and customersExperience with design software such as CATIA-V5 or Siemens NXKnowledge and understanding of design and production of automotive components welcomeLanguage skills: English fluent, Japanese and German skills very welcomeExcellent communication and organizational skillsBenefitsPermanent full-time position (38 hours/week) in an international corporationHybrid working model with flexible working hours30 days’ vacationAdditional social benefits such as meal vouchers, performance-based bonus, winter bonus (up to 400 after the first year of employment)Start: Immediately (negotiable)ContactIf you have any questions regarding this position, please contact Katrin von Bock under vonbock@fischer-hrm.deWe look forward to receiving your application!
