Your Challenge Lead transformation projects to improve system reliability and observability. Mentor junior engineers and introduce best practices for SLOs, reliability, and observability. Design and implement scalable, reliable, and efficient systems to improve service performance. Contribute to architectural discussions and design reviews to ensure system robustness and scalability. Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate reliability best practices into the development lifecycle About You Strong experience in designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems. Proficiency in system architecture and design, including understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native solutions. Expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and networking fundamentals, with a focus on building resilient and scalable architectures. Confident decision-making skills with the ability to articulate and advocate for your technical choices effectively Passion for mentoring junior engineers and driving best practices across teams.
