Staff / Senior Staff ATE Test Engineer
A great opportunity for an experienced ATE Test Engineer to join an International Semiconductor Company, who specialise in automotive Semicon and software solutions for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), driver automation, user experience and electrification applications.
Working alongside their team in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and document test plan for new devices.
* Design and debug test SW & HW for Production & Reliability.
* Debug new silicon.
* Bring quality and cost-effective test solution for mass production.
* Oversee test related activities (HW & SW) with both internal and external test house.
* Implement test programs, modify and release into offsite production.
Requirements:
* In depth knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing Process
* Must be able to communicate well in English – both written and oral
* Expertise in Semiconductor Test Methodology
* Experience working on Digital, Mixed Signal, PMIC Devices with hands on VLSI ATE experience. System level & RF/SOC experience is a plus
* Strong programming skills in writing and debugging test programs and HW related issues. Competency in programming with Scripting languages (i.e.., Perl/Python) and high-level languages (i.e.., C/C++ or JAVA)
* Highly preferred knowledge on V93000 SOC Tester – Smartest 7 or Smartest 8
* Validated experience with test equipment (i.e.., Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, VNA, etc.)
