Job Description JR6128147 Manufacturing Engineer Repair and Overhaul (f/m/d) Dahlewitz/ Hybrid Join us as a Manufacturing Engineer Repair and Overhaul and play a key role in ensuring the efficient overhaul of T1000-TEN engines. You’ll generate and optimize processes, resolve technical challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Right-First-Time (RFT) delivery. Key Accountabilities: Ability to generate capability of T1000-TEN overhaul including build/strip task (method), repair and special processes Creation, modification and review of SAP build plans (Tech Pack) Support of the shop with technical problems in order to ensure the RFT delivery of the engines / modules Creation and coordination of special work instructions Analysis, development and optimization of the assembly / disassembly processes (PFMEA, FAIR) with regard to process control and product quality Facilitate/analyse problem solving activity (e.g. Solve it Sheets, 8D investigations, QN, MEDA) Interface for assembly-related questions in the areas of engineering, test, quality, planning & control Qualifications and Skills: Engineering degree or equivalent knowledge Experience/knowledge in engine assembly/disassembly processes and/or engine maintenance Strong communication skills and ability to provide regular updates to internal stakeholders Ability to effectively influence and manage customer expectations Ability to work in a volatile environment with quickly changing priorities Strong negotiation skills, determination and ability to overcome resistance or setbacks in order to achieve your aims Ability to work with engineering specifications, RR process descriptions, drawings Good written and spoken German and English knowledge Ability to positively contribute to and lead cross-functional and multi-skilled teams You will be a ‘people person’ who enjoys engaging and working in a factory environment, collaborating at all levels Ability to use both formal channels and informal networks to achieve business objectives Work with us and we’ll welcome you into an inclusive culture, one that invests in your continuous learning and development, and gives you access to a wide breadth and depth of experience.
