Your tasks are:
* Testing, identifying, resolving and documenting end-user technical issues
* Troubleshooting and resolving software issues (O365)
* Re-imaging computers/hard drives
* Back up and restore computer systems
* Setting up corporate IT, network printers, AD, SCCM, etc.
* Take responsibility for issues until resolution of all related requests
* Categorize and prioritize end-user support requests
* Perform inventory activities as required
This is what you bring with you:
* 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support desired
* Knowledge of ServiceNow is desirable
* Flexibility and team orientation
* Affinity for working in a project-based environment
* Fluent spoken and written German, basic knowledge of English
