Proclinical is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, software, and networks. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of software engineers, architects, and IT system engineers to enhance IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide IT support and resolve problems, incidents, and service requests to ensure end-user satisfaction.
2. Support and maintain local end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and other hardware.
3. Manage hardware and software according to standard procedures.
4. Diagnose and rectify hardware/software errors at customer premises.
5. Procure standard IT client hardware.
6. Provide IT training for non-IT colleagues.
7. Support in managing server, application, and network services.
8. Participate in IT system engineering tasks and projects to improve and optimize IT infrastructure.
Key Skills and Requirements:
9. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
10. Experience in a similar IT support role.
11. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration and tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.).
12. Experience in supporting end-user devices and troubleshooting technical issues.
13. Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal.
14. Knowledge of Cisco, AWS, and Azure is an advantage.
