You will work across Germany and Austria, delivering on-site service and offering training to customers to ensure the safe and effective use of devices. Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of medical devices, particularly focusing on laser systems and aesthetic technologies. Conduct safety inspections (STK) and ensure devices meet regulatory and quality standards. Provide on-site technical support and training to customers on the use of devices. Maintain service documentation and manage spare parts inventory. Collaborate with the international service team to coordinate complex cases and implement global service processes. Requirements: Technical qualification in medical technology, electrical engineering, or a related field. Several years of experience in technical service, ideally in medical devices. Proficiency in maintenance, repair, and safety checks (STK) for medical devices. Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities. Strong skills in German and English.
