* Investigate equipment failures, determine root cause of failure, and recommend appropriate solutions to reduce recurrence of/or eliminate cause of failure.
* Provide hands-on and supervision support as required to resolve mechanical equipment field problems as they occur.
* Assist in the development, implementation, and periodic review of preventative/predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned shutdowns and improve overall plant on-stream capability.

* Develop specialized skills in the maintenance of cryogenic expanders, pumps, and compressor valves.
You will have:
* A formal Mechanical qualification or apprenticeship.
* Experience with reciprocating and rotating machine maintenance .
* The ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
* Willingness to travel 70/80% of the time.
* Familiarity with precision measuring equipment, materials of machinery, lifting and rigging, schematics and layout drawings, and understand maintenance manuals.
* A full driving license and passport are also required.
What we offer:
* Flexibility - we understand everyone has commitments outside of work and offer flexible work arrangements to help you manage all those commitments. Depending on your job or location, several options are available.
* Learning and development opportunities – providing resources and tools to help you realize your full potential.
* A competitive package – that recognizes the experience, skills, and abilities you bring to the company.
* A committed approach to sustainability – giving you peace of mind that you are working for a business that cares deeply about the environment and has set related performance goals.
* A positive experience – from recruitment to onboarding, development, and retirement. You will know you belong and matter at every stage.
