Qualification:
1. Master degree or above, polymer materials, chemistry, chemical, composite materials and other related majors;
2. With a strong spirit of research and innovation, owns certain scientific research results (papers/patents) priority; With working experience in modification plastic or related industry is preferred
3. Clear thinking, good communication skills, teamwork skills, strong ability to resist pressure and frustration.
