What you will do
1. Develop modules and wafer fabrication processes for discrete SiC power products like diodes and MOSFET on site or in other locations
2. Work as a team member of product development projects, together in a multi-disciplinary team with product experts, process and production engineers as well as quality engineers
3. Conduct small and medium size process optimization projects in the wafer fab
4. Build up know how (technical & procedures) in silicon and SiC wafer processes
5. Investigate competitor processes and technologies
6. Build up and maintain internal contacts
What you will need
7. Minimum Master’s degree in engineering field, preferably in microelectronics or semiconductor physics
8. Knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology with special focus on SiC processes
9. Hands on experience in wafer processing at the required equipment
10. Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
11. Good organization and planning skills
12. Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
