As a Senior Project Control Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the project. You will be overseeing and managing project control activities for high-impact projects across Europe. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in project planning, cost control, and scheduling, who thrives in dynamic environments and can confidently support complex industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely project delivery across all project phases.
* Track project costs and budgets, provide financial forecasts and manage cost performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.
* Identify and analyze project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and conduct regular risk assessments.
* Prepare and present regular reports on project status, performance, and forecasts to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, procurement, and finance teams, to drive project efficiency and ensure alignment on project goals.
* Ensure all project control activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and HSE standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project control, ideally within the Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Hydrogen industries.
* Proficiency in project control software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and ERP systems. Strong understanding of cost engineering, scheduling, and financial reporting.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and an aptitude for effective communication and team collaboration.
