In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Establishing, expanding and acquiring new customers as the first point of contact for comprehensive customer support Support of an existing customer base Regular support and advice for technical and commercial contacts Active offer tracking and project follow-up Preparing customer inquiries for processing by the internal sales team Monitoring and reporting of customer-specific key figures Development and maintenance of customer networks Who You Are: You actively listen and check for understanding, and you adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
