Your Mission
* You support new product innovations and possess expertise and demonstrate proficiency in two or more of the 5 additive minds steps (Business case, Design, Process and Application development, Qualification, Production & Post Processing )
* Act as a thought leader in applying innovative technical solutions to customer parts
* Take a lead role in supporting sales efforts by defining, creating, and executing AM production services, AM Enablement services, and AM application development projects.
* Conduct customer trainings and workshops to enhance AM knowledge, reduce time to market and provide valuable support on their journey to AM production.
* Provide expert support to the Service organization, taking the lead on resolving customer tickets that require Additive Minds knowledge.
* You demonstrate strong customer-centricity, represent the voice of the customer and contribute your expertise to R&D projects and product development.
Your Talents
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field with min. 2 years of experience.
* Experience in Metal and/or Polymer Additive Manufacturing
* Strong Project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and guide cross-functional teams as well as strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to provide innovative solutions.
* High level of written and spoken English.
* Prior experience in mechanical- and application engineering, sales support, or consultancy.
* Willingness to travel as required for customer visits, conferences, and industry events.
