Support HR reporting and data analysis for senior management on employee performance, headcount, and other relevant metrics. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Foster a positive work environment by organizing company events, employee recognition, and other morale-boosting initiatives. Qualifikation Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR administration, ideally in a similar HR Manager or HR Generalist role. Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and administrative best practices. Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently and effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees across all levels. Familiarity with HR software and systems for maintaining employee records and processing HR-related tasks. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
