Ihre Aufgaben
* Ensure Design for Manufacture (DfM) in collaboration with the design team for high-rate, cost-effective production
* Develop and implement the technical industrialization strategy with suppliers, ensuring cost and quality targets are met
* Establish material control methods to ensure quality before production and advise suppliers on tooling solutions
* Design test samples and process windows to support technical milestones in collaboration with engineering and test teams
* Implement structured processes to ensure well-managed lab operations in dynamic production environments
* Qualify special processes through destructive testing and technical data analysis, working closely with suppliers and quality teams
* Create and review technical plans detailing tooling, processes, and process control methods to support process approval
* Write process and technical specifications, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation as required
Unsere Anforderungen
* Degree in mechanical, electrical, materials, or chemical engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience
* Several years of experience in composite manufacturing, including material qualification and supplier support
* Strong technical expertise in manufacturing, documentation, and quality control
* Proven experience collaborating with design teams, suppliers, and equipment manufacturers
* Demonstrated success in Design for Manufacturing (DfM) and Design for Assembly (DfA) for composite components
* Experience with PPAP/APQP processes preferred, Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification is a plus
* Strong organizational skills for maintaining controlled lab operations, focusing on continuous improvement
* Willingness to travel to supplier sites (approx. 20% of the time)
