Please note: This position is to be filled in Dresden, so the location is Dresden.As a Device Development Engineer for new automotive MOSFET technology platforms you will develop device concepts, optimize device geometries & process flows and bring your innovative ideas to implementation. In your new role you will:
1. develop innovative MOSFET concepts and optimize the device geometry & process flow to meet application and product requirements with the aid ofTCAD simulationplanning and analysis of experimentsmeasurement and assessment of electrical resultsstatistical analysis of test data
2. ensure that new technologies are optimized with respect to manufacturability and production costs
3. take leadership to analyze and solve new and complex technology problems to improve the front end technology by using methodical problem-solving techniques
4. work hands on, support and cooperate closely with device engineering, integration and product design as well as with various other colleagues along the technology development process
5. prioritize multiple activities and make effective decisions following a demanding project schedule
6. be part of the ATV MOS technology development team and working in joint projects in an international environment with different Infineon sites and external partners
You are best equipped for this task if you:
7. have a degree (Master/Diploma or PhD) in Physics, Electronics or any similar Microelectronic related field with focus on semiconductor technology
8. have a minimum 3 years of experience in power semiconductor devices, especially MOSFETs
9. have experience in process and device simulation (TCAD)
10. have good knowledge of semiconductor technology and ideally work experience in semiconductor research or industry
11. see yourself as an active problem solver, react flexibly to new requirements and are able to prioritize topics
12. have entrepreneurial thinking, give customers a high priority and set high quality standards for yourself and your work results
13. have excellent interpersonal and effective communication and presentation skills across all hierarchical levels
14. very good German and English language skills
