This position is limited to 24 months.
Then become part of our global team as IT System Engineer (f/m/d) Remote Support in English and another language (French, German, Italian, Spanish) to support our clinical customers with their excellent IT expertise, especially in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region.
Choose the best location for your work - within the scope of this position, it is possible to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average of 60% of the respective working time in agreement with your manager.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
1. You will provide international remote IT support for the clinical imaging software of various departments of Siemens Healthineers to provide customers with fast and high quality support
2. You coordinate and organise activities (including updates and upgrades) with internal and external partners to ensure the maintenance of clinical operations on the customer side
3. You share your expertise with new team members and thus contribute to the development of competences
Your qualifications and experience:
4. You have a successful Master's degree in electrical engineering, (business) informatics
5. You have initial experience in customer IT support, ideally with imaging equipment and clinical software and workflows
6. Alternatively, you have a Bachelor's degree or are an IT specialist (e.g. IT specialist) and have several years of relevant professional experience in IT
7. You also have initial experience with virtualised IT systems (e.g. HyperV or VMWare), scripting and server hardware
8. Experience in implementing interfaces for third-party applications, preferably in a clinical environment, is a clear advantage
9. You know the syngo.via software and are able to support it
Your profile and skills:
10. You take a structured approach to solving customer problems and are able to handle several support requests simultaneously and prioritise them accordingly
11. At the same time, you never lose sight of customer satisfaction and the quality standards of your technical solutions
12. We are available for our customers in EMEA between 7.00 am and 6.00 pm. Your working hours are mostly flexible; nevertheless, one week of early or late shift every three weeks is required (within the above mentioned framework)
13. Your English language skills will enable you to support customers throughout EMEA in direct telephone contact, document problems, communicate effortlessly internally with your colleagues and follow training courses held in English.Ideally, you already have experience in intercultural cooperation
14. In addition, you are fluent in one of the languages mentioned in the title (French, German, Italian, Spanish). You use this knowledge to support customers in this language area with the same high-quality services as you would in English
15. Thanks to your excellent communication skills, you will be able to integrate seamlessly into our international team
