Position Summary:
To implement Human Resource strategies and provide a broad range of Human Resources Generalist functions to support the goals and objectives of the Operation. Provide consultation on content and process to individual managers or client groups in areas including but not limited to: employee relations, policies and procedures, HRIS data management, Benefits, compensation, talent management, performance management, employee development, staffing, recruting and organizational change.
Role & Responsibility
Payroll:
* Perform daily payroll department operations
* Compile payroll data from time and attendance and ensure data are accurately entered into payroll system
* Assure compensations and benefits administrative duties
Salary/Benefit Administration:
* Advises and assists managers and supervisors in all job or salary related problems or issues. Prepares monthly / year-end reports as needed to meet local and corporate requirements. Site contact for all benefit/payroll related questions; mnew hires, terms, open enrollment, etc.
Internal Communication:
* Write, edit and create clear, consistent, high-quality communications and materials for all DIEU employees through mediums such as the company magazine, intranet, memos/email, internal marketing communications, and ad hoc and routine communications for diverse internal constituencies.
* Ensure consistency of messaging globally, individual alignment with corporate strategy, and culture building through mcommunications
* Prepare and assist in townhall meeting for DIEU employees.
HRIS Management for Business Unit:
* Administer the SAP Human Resources Information System (HRIS) (new hires/terms, address changes, direct deposit changes, reporting etc.)
Staffing and Recruiting:
* Assist client groups in determining appropriate staffing levels, recruitment resources, and objective selection techniques. Administers internal job posting system. Recruits, interviews, and participates in the selection process.
Talent Management:
* Guide employees on training of Management By Objectives (MBO) & Doosan Competency Model (DCM) process & System.
* Assist managers with succession planning and development discussions. Employee training opportunities and continueing education.
Personnel administration:
* Perform day to day duties related to employees hires and departures administration, time and attendance, temporaries, …
Employee Relations:
* Recommend, develop and implement employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relationship and support the overall effectiveness of the organization.
* Provide guidance and counsel to employees and supervisors relative to policy administration and interpretation. Acts as a company liaison with the local community through participation and leadership in civic
Job Requirement
* Education & Qualification: Human Resources - Bachelors Degree /Allow Equivalent
* Experience: 2>5 yearsn:
* Experience in Payroll administration
* Ideally Experience with SAP
* Travel Standard: < 10%
* Global Breadth: Single-Site (One Location)
* Knowledge of payroll best practices
* Knowledge of payroll regulations
* Customer Service SKills
* Strong ability to use MS Office and ADP (or comparable Payroll system)
* Skill in both verbal and written communication
* Teamwork skills
* English
