Common Intelligence Picture and Object Based Intelligence Mission Integration Engineer

As a CIP/OBI Mission Integration Engineer on our team, you will work closely with Command stakeholders to understand their processes and requirements. You will collaborate with engineers, integrators, and trainers from enterprise programs to integrate their tools, capabilities, and data into our Command processes. Your role will involve identifying and capturing functional requirements to fill gaps in capabilities and data and following up with enterprise programs' technical teams to ensure their solutions meet our Command's needs. You will provide subject matter expert (SME) support to the Command's mission integration of capabilities and data and support the Command's government team in achieving their objectives.
In this role, you’ll impact mission-critical intelligence operations by integrating cutting-edge tools, data, and capabilities into the Command’s workflows, ensuring decision-makers have access to timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence. You Have:
* Experience conducting full data lifecycle analysis, including requirements, activities, and design
* Experience with analytic tools, databases, and situational awareness displays such as FADE or MIST, Bodhi, Thresher, Esri, or Palantir, including AIDP, Maven, or MSS
* Experience working with data pertaining to the disposition of forces across domains, including ground, air, maritime, or cyber
* Experience with operations center and analytic briefing processes and formats, including underlying and supporting data
* Experience prioritizing data integration efforts for host site data based on operational need
* Experience conveying various technical aspects to non-technical individuals
* Ability to clean large data sets in preparation for use in systems and tools
* TS/SCI clearance
* HS diploma or GED and 11+ years of experience in data integration or intelligence operations, Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience in data integration or intelligence operations, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in data integration or intelligence operations
Nice If You Have:
* Experience with a programming language
* Experience with low-code or no-code programming, including JEMA
* Experience incorporating ChatSurfer and OSINT into workflows, CIP, OBI, and dashboards or displays
* Experience maintaining host site CIP with doctrinal Service or Joint Command and Control or COP systems, including GCCS
* Knowledge of common military system messaging formats, including CMF IBS, OTH-G, Link-series, USMTF, and their limitations
* Knowledge of incorporating non-native data into tools, including via API
* Knowledge of Service C2, analytic, COP or CIP, and OBI systems and practices
* Knowledge of intelligence collection systems or collection management processes and systems
* Possession of excellent written communication skills, including process and technical explanation
* Possession of excellent verbal and written presentation skills, including presenting to senior leaders in high-stress circumstances

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
