YOUR ROLE Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Assist in global recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and supporting with work permits. And onboarding employees across different countries. Employee Relations: Serve as a key HR contact for employees across various regions, addressing inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures while maintaining cultural sensitivity. Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other region-specific benefits. Ensure competitiveness and compliance with local standards. HR Compliance: Maintain compliance with international, regional, and local employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies align with legal and cultural requirements. Performance Management: Support global performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives tailored to different cultural contexts. HR Data & Records Management: Maintain accurate HR records across locations, ensuring data security and compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations. Training & Development: Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness in an international environment. Policy Development: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with international best practices while considering local labour laws YOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a multinational or global company. Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of cultural awareness. Proficiency in HR systems and data management tools, preferably Personio. Excellent knowledge of Excel, and analytical skills. CIPD, SHRM-CP, PHR, or an equivalent HR certification is a plus.
